When I arrived in the besieged city of Misurata, #Gaddafi’s mercenaries had been pushed back, the #frontline was 10 km outside of the city. In this video, a Libyan colleague describes where the sniper positions were in the city.

I made this video during an assignment to North West Afghanistan during the worst snow blizzards the country had witnessed in thirty years. It was a three day drive, firstly in good roads from Kabul to Mazar-i-Sharif in a Toyota 4X4 up and over the Salang pass, and then stayed in a guest house in Mazar. The next two day we drove through some of the heaviest snowfall in virtually nonexistent roads to Sheberghan. From Sheberghan we changed into a third vehicle in three days, these were old Soviet UAZ-469’s.

Pakistan is a stunning country. There are: deserts, mountains, sea, great people, good surf and excellent food! (Video By Mark Pearson)
